We removed and disposed of existing equipment and installed an Amana 3 ton 16 seer AC outdoor unit and 60,000 BTU 80% natural gas furnace. This installation included a new safety drain pan, over flow safety switch, drain line safety switch, and air plenum on furnace for the return. We completed the gas piping, electrical, and venting of the furnace. We increased the size of the flex duct work from the furnace filter grill in the home. We also installed a Phenomenal Aire Cold Plasma Generator. The Phenomenal Aire is installed inside duct work and works as part of the home's heating and air conditioning to improve the indoor air quality.
