We inspected a system that had to be condemned due to cracks in the heat exchanger. The cracks allowed carbon monoxide to leak into the home. We installed a 3.5 ton, 90,000 BTU gas pack system and connected it to the existing duct work, gas line, and electrical wiring. We also installed a new pad and new flashing.
