We quoted a new system because the customers existing system had cracks in the heat exchanger and the outside unit was 45+ years old. We installed a Coleman 14 Seer A/C Outdoor Unit, 95% Natural Gas Furnace and A/C Coil. We installed new duct work, a new refrigerant line set. We also made a new pad for the outdoor unit and installed a Digital Thermostat.
