Stephens Heating & Cooling replaced the customers current HVAC with a Coleman 3.5 ton Air Conditioner & Coil and a 80% 80,000 BTU Furnace. We installed new gas piping, venting of the furnace and electrical work. A new safety drain pan, safety overflow switch and drain line safety switch. We also installed a 5" media air filter and a Phenomenal Air Cleaner to improve the home indoor air quality. This system came with a 10 year labor warranty, 10 year compressor warranty, 10 year parts warranty, and a lifetime heat exchanger warranty.
