Our new customer in the Southbrook Neighborhood of Fountain Inn, SC contacted us after their existing air conditioner downstairs of their new home stopped working. The existing unit was an outdated r22 HVAC and after meeting with Stephens Heating & Cooling's owner, Eddie Stephens, they decided to move forward with a new air conditioning installation for both levels of the home, as well as two new furnace installations.
For the upstairs units, we installed an Armstrong 4 ton 14.7 Seer2 Air Conditioner and Coil, complete with an Armstrong 80% 90,000 BTU Furnace. This system also needed an additional return added in the ceiling. The downstairs unit replacement was an Armstrong 6 ton 16 Seer2 Air Conditioner and Coil, and an Armstrong 80% 70,000 BTU Furnace.
This homeowner received a 10 year parts, labor and compressor warranty. As well as 5 year unit replacement and lifetime heat exchanger warranties.
If you are interested in having an air conditioning system replacement, give Stephens Heating & Cooling a call to set up an appointment with Eddie Stephens.
