We received a call from a new customer in Greenville, SC who was interested in air conditioning installation. Our owner, Eddie Stephens performed an in home analysis of their HVAC needs and made recommendations for replacing their existing upstairs and downstairs units.

Our customer decided to have Stephens Heating & Cooling install an Armstrong 3 ton 15.5 Seer2 Air Conditioner and Coil as well as an Armstrong 80% 45,000 BTU Furnace for their upstairs level. For the downstairs system, an Armstrong 2 ton 16.2 Seer2 Air Conditioner and Coil and Armstrong 80% 45,000 BTU Furnace were chosen.

Both installations featured our Spring Promotion and included media air filters and upgraded WiFi thermostats at no extra charge. Benefits of media air filters include allergen removal, decreased dust, reduced maintenance, and it extends the life of your HVAC unit.

This homeowner received a 10 year parts, labor and compressor warranty. As well as 5 year unit replacement and lifetime heat exchanger warranties.
