After receiving a call from a new customer in the Claremount subdivision in Greenville, SC, we set up an appointment for our owner, Eddie Stephens, to meet with them concerning air conditioning installation. After an in-home analysis of their existing air conditioners and furnaces, Stephens Heating and Cooling made recommendations for upgrades.
The homeowner decided to have Stephens Heating & Cooling install an Armstrong 3.5 ton 15.6 Seer2 Air Conditioner & Coil, and Armstrong 80% 90,000 BTU Furnace for their upstairs air conditioning installation and furnace installation. As well as upgrading a down stairs unit with an Armstrong 1.5 ton 16 Seer2 Air Conditioner & Coil.
For the complete upstairs installation, this homeowner received a 10 year parts, labor and compressor warranty. As well as 5 year unit replacement and lifetime heat exchanger warranties. For the downstairs system, the warranty included 2 years labor, 10 years compressor, and 10 years parts coverage.
