Stephens Heating & Cooling received a call from our existing customer in Simpsonville about their HVAC system not cooling. After a technician inspected the unit, the recommendation was made to replace the current 16 year old HVAC with a new more energy efficient system. A new system would offer higher efficiency, decreased utility bills, and an extended warranty.
We removed and disposed of the customer's existing HVAC unit, and expertly replaced it with a brand new Armstrong 3 ton 16 Seer2 Air Conditioner, Armstrong 3 ton Coil, and an Armstrong 80% 70,000 BTU Furnace.
This installation also included a new Eco bee thermostat as well as an upgrade to a media filter.
