Dual Fuel Air Conditioning and Furnace Installation in Waterton Subdivision, Simpsonville, SC

Dual Fuel Air Conditioning and Furnace Installation in Waterton Subdivision, Simpsonville, SC

After receiving a call from our existing customer in the Waterton Subdivision in Simpsonville concerning their existing air conditioning unit, our service technician recommended that this homeowner start preparing for a new air conditioning installation.

Our owner, Eddie Stephens was able to provide new installation options for the homeowner to meet their home's need and their budget. The client decided to replace their old system with a new high efficiency Armstrong 18LX Dual Fuel Inverter 17.1 Seer2 Heat Pump and Armstrong Coil. To complete the system, the customer also chose a furnace installation of a new Armstrong 80% 70,000 BTU Furnace.

This installation also included a new digital thermostat as well as an upgrade to a media filter. Adding a media filter is a cost effective solution that adds indoor air quality protection by removing pet hair, dust, pollen, and air pollutants that cause allergic reactions. A media air filter also extends the life of your HVAC by protecting against coil corrosion.

This HVAC installation received a 10 year parts, labor and compressor warranty. As well as 5 year unit replacement and lifetime heat exchanger warranties.

If you are interested in having a high quality air conditioning system installation, give Stephens Heating & Cooling a call to set up an appointment for a free in home estimate.
