This installation was for a residential homeowner located in Simpsonville, SC. The homeowner contacted Stephens Heating & Cooling to replace their existing 2005 air conditioning system. Our owner, Eddie Stephens met with the homeowner and after going over the best options for her home, she decided to have us install an Armstrong 3 ton 16 Seer2 Air Conditioner and Coil, as well as an Armstrong 80% 70,000 BTU Furnace. This installation included our Spring Promotion and featured a media air cleaner at no extra charge. For added air purification, the customer also had us install a Phenomenal Aire purification system. The Phenomenal Aire removes unpleasant odors, viruses, and allergens from your home with very little maintenance and no expensive replacement parts necessary.
This homeowner received a 10 year parts, labor and compressor warranty. As well as 5 year unit replacement and lifetime heat exchanger warranties.
