We installed an Armstrong 3 ton 16 Seer Air Conditioner with Coil and Armstrong 80% 45,000 BTU Furnace. We also installed a 5" Media Air Cleaner to help with the homeowner's allergies. We connected the new system to existing duct work and refrigerant piping. We also added new gas piping, venting of the furnace, and all the necessary electrical. The installation included a new safety drain pan, safety overflow switch, drain line safety switch, and a digital thermostat.
The warranty on this installation included 10 years on the compressor, parts, and labor, 5 years unit replacement with failed compressor or outdoor coil, and lifetime on the heat exchanger.
