Modulating Dual Fuel Installation in Kilgore Farms, Simpsonville, SC

Our existing maintenance customers in Simpsonville, SC called us after their older air conditioning systems were having trouble reaching the desired temperature in their home. After a quick service visit, they decided they were interested in getting quotes to replace with something more energy efficient.

Our owner, Eddie Stephens, was able to provide them different options to fit their home's needs and their budget. After reviewing the air conditioning options, the homeowners decided to replace both of their units with new modulating dual fuel heat pumps.

For the upstairs air conditioning installation, Stephens Heating & Cooling installed an Armstrong Modulating Inverter Heat Pump, Armstrong 2 Ton Coil, and an 80% 45,000 BTU Furnace. For the downstairs air conditioning installation, we installed an Armstrong Modulating Inverter Heat Pump, Armstrong 3.5 Ton Coil, and an 93% 90,000 BTU Furnace.

This HVAC installation received a 10 year parts, labor and compressor warranty. As well as 5 year unit replacement and lifetime heat exchanger warranties.

If you are interested in having a high quality dual fuel air conditioning system installation, give Stephens Heating & Cooling a call to set up an appointment for a free in home estimate.
