The existing unit at this residence used outdated R22 refrigerant and was leaking. The customer called us and chose the replace the unit. We installed a new 3.5 ton, 2 stage Coleman gas package unit. We also installed a new pad, flashing, and a new thermostat. This unit has a 10 year warranty on parts, labor, and the compressor.
